Additionally, he previously managed an LG Electronics - Hospitality Solutions and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud large-scale MVP technology initiative that successfully deployed across 2,000+ commercial sites in the United States and currently serves over 50 million travelers annually.

What is a Proof-of-Concept?
In the product development lifecycle, a Proof-of-Concept (PoC) is an internal, small-scale test designed to validate whether a core technology, algorithm, or technical approach is feasibly possible before committing significant capital to an MVP build.
Rule of Thumb - Build a PoC to prove the technology. Build a Prototype to refine the user experience. Launch an MVP to validate the business model. The trajectory following an MVP moves through three distinct phases: Product-Market Fit (PMF), the Minimum Marketable Product (MMP), and the Scalable Commercial Product.
