🚧 Minimum Viable Product (MVP) 🚧

What is a Minimum Viable Product?

A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is the fastest path from idea to market. By focusing only on core functionality, you can validate your business concept, test actual market demand, and gather crucial user feedback—all without draining your budget or wasting months on unproven features.

Phase 1 - Problem Identification (The "Why")

Clearly define and validate a specific, high-pain challenge faced by a well-defined target audience.

Before building anything, you conduct interviews and research to ensure the problem is real, frequent, and severe enough that people are actively looking for a solution. You are validating the demand for a fix.   View FAQ

Phase 2 - Problem Solution Fit (The "What")

Proving that your proposed MVP feature set directly and effectively solves the identified problem for early adopters.

In short: Problem Identification ensures you are chasing the right pain, Problem-Solution Fit ensures your MVP actually fixes it, and Product-Market Fit ensures a large enough audience cares.

    ❔ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

    Updated July 2026

AccelPath NeuroSystem is designed to act as an interoperable bridge—leveraging cross-platform edge devices (tablets, smartphones, smartwatches, and smart TVs) to capture patient data and deliver personalized stimuli.  The "Data Intake" and "Clinical Review" architecture is designed to support the continuous, data-driven monitoring required to optimize neural plasticity in home and clinical environments.

As a NeuroAI Doctoral Researcher (DBA), I am prioritizing compliance with standards such as HIPAA and TDPSA across the firmware and software layers of smart ecosystems, including LG webOS and Google Android devices.

VASNet is designed to address the challenges of complex, heterogeneous health data—similar to how it is used to extract structural statistics from vascular imaging.  It is a tool that enhances the ability to identify hidden patterns or biomarkers within "AccelPath" data.

It utilizes "Zero-Trust" architecture and a "Privacy-by-Design" approach. It aligns with HIPAA and TDPSA standards to ensure that all NeuroAI-driven insights are based on high-integrity, secure data, mirroring the rigorous data handling she oversees in clinical trials.

A pilot program is being planned across diverse settings to gather the longitudinal data necessary to demonstrate clinical efficacy.

The AccelPath NeuroSystem is designed as a modular, dual-use architecture intended to evolve alongside the growing needs of the longevity economy. While our foundational research, AccelPath + VASNet™, is currently focused on providing clinical-grade tools for neurological support and dementia prevention, we are concurrently developing a consumer-facing solution for the Senior Living - Health & Fitness sector.

Think of our research platform as having a 'visual perception layer' and an 'intelligent agent layer' that function in tandem.

    • VSATNet (The Visual Perception Layer): This system serves as the foundational data ingestion and analysis engine, responsible for high-fidelity video segmentation and real-time environment processing.
    • VASNet (The Intelligent Agent Layer): This layer serves as the cognitive engine, interpreting data processed by VSATNet and applying agentic AI frameworks to generate actionable insights and support cognitive longevity applications.
    • Integrated Architecture: Together, these systems establish a closed-loop framework in which the visual perception layer informs the intelligent agent layer, and, in turn, the intelligent agent layer refines the precision of visual perception. This bidirectional processing is foundational to our "Applied Doctoral Research Initiative" for healthcare and senior living.

The AccelPath dual-function platform, powered by the convergence of VSATNet and VASNet, is architected to evolve into a comprehensive 'digital workbench' for clinical research. By utilizing VSATNet (Visual Segmentation Architecture with Temporal analysis) to act as the platform's 'eyes' for precision motion tracking and VASNet (Variational Agentic-System Network) as the 'brain' for adaptive, agentic clinical reasoning, we are exploring three secondary translational domains:

    • Predictive Biomarker Mapping for Cognitive Decline: We are leveraging the platform's ability to ingest longitudinal, multimodal data to identify non-linear deviations in cognitive performance, thereby mapping 'pre-symptomatic' signatures of neurodegenerative progression.
    • Closed-Loop Neuro-Feedback Optimization: By integrating real-time neural data, we aim to implement a closed-loop system that dynamically adjusts environmental or cognitive stimuli to match a patient’s instantaneous neural load, a critical step in optimizing neuroplasticity windows.
    • Cross-Domain Neuro-Ergonomic Augmentation: We are testing the platform’s utility in high-cognitive-load environments to define a new 'neuro-ergonomic' standard that minimizes cognitive fatigue and enhances long-term retention of complex technical skills.

We are currently using a phased, dual-track approach to secure the resources necessary for our initiative.

    • Our initial phase focuses on leveraging institutional research support and targeted clinical grant applications to establish scientific validity.
    • We are simultaneously building a foundation of real-world data through applied technology deployments, which provides the evidence base required for future commercial scalability.
    • Our roadmap is aligned with key milestones that will allow us to engage with both private-sector stakeholders and public-sector leaders to support the sustainable evolution of this research.
